Personal Note re: The Young
Mando Monsters (Vamp VMP 0100)
I find this album particularly
interesting. First because both Dan Tyminski and
Adam Steffey
used Adam's Apitius mandolin to record their
tracks so you can compare the tone of two great
artists playing the same instrument and secondly,
because 7 builders are represented by eight
great players on an all instrumental album. -Oliver
